Somerset County Council Somerset West and Taunton District Parish of Bradford-on-Tone Temporary Closure of East Nynehead Road

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along East Nynehead Road - from 702 metres west of the junction with Oake Road, westwards for a total distance of 100 metres.
This Order will enable Network Rail to carry out the annual review of the level crossing. The Order becomes effective on 14 July 2022 and will remain In force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 18 July 2022 and last until 19 July 2022 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 2 days. Please visit
