Somerset County Council (B3187 Taunton Road And Mount Vets Unnamed Access Road, Wellington) (Parishes Of Wellington And West Buckland) (No Entry And Banned Right Turn) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that on Friday 1st July 2022 Somerset County Council made the above order in pursuance of the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as previously advertised on the 7th April 2022, for No Entry and Banned Right Turn restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this Order. The Order comes into effect on the 7th July 2022.

If any person wishes to question the validity of the order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act), or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
