Notice Of An Application For The Grant Of A Premises Licence- The Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that We, No Hop Ltd have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: CELLAR (ONLY) CROSS KEYS INN, FRONT STREET, ESH, DURHAM, DH7 9QR. For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activity: - The Sale by retail of Alcohol (off sales only) from 09:00 22:00 Monday to Sunday. (Alcohol delivery service, customer orders placed online or by phone). A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.

Any representations about this application must be made in writing by the 25th July 2022 and sent to: -Durham County Council, Licensing, PO Box 617, Durham. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
