Application for a premise licence I ANDREW YOUNG on behalf of Northumbrian Water LTD have applied to NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY COUNCIL to apply for a premise licence of THE OSPREY FERRY, KIELDER WATERSIDE, FALSTONE, HEXHAM, NE48 1BT For the sale and consumption of alcohol on the Osprey ferry for ticketed sailings; for the playing of recorded music whilst on board the ferry. Northumberland County Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, County Hall, Morpeth, NE61 2EF Northumberland, 01670 623856, where details of the application may be inspected.

Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 14th July 2022 Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils' Licensing Sub-Committee. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
