For information purposes, you are advised that the development affects the setting of a Scheduled Ancient Monument and affects a Public Right of Way.

The extraction of minerals, provision of associated infrastructure including access and processing facilities, associated ancillary buildings, structures and operations, with site restoration using imported materials to agriculture and enhanced ecological interest and bio-diversity. (The application site straddles the administrative boundaries of Gloucestershire and Wiltshire County Council. All of the proposed mineral extraction is within Gloucestershire.)
