Order made: to close that part of C2209 Station Road from its junction with C2l09 Mill lane to its junction
with U47619 Abbotswood Road.
Reason: Railway maintenance (level crossing) by centurion site services.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2109 Mill Lane, B4084 Worcester Road, B4084 Pershore Road, C2100 Wadborough Road, U47619 Abbotswood Road, C2209 Abbots Wood and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (20:00 - 09:00) Commencing: 9 July 2022.

(U47626 Brickyard Lane, Drakes Broughton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U47626 Brickyard Lane from its junction with C2222 Walcot Lane to its junction with B4084 Worcester Road.
Reason: Drainage/flood alleviation work by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2222 Walcot Lane, C2115 Stonebow Road, B4084 Worcester Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days. Commencing: 11 July 2022.

(U5413 5 Buck Street & U54136 Rowley Hill Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U54135 Buck Street & U54136 Rowley Hill Street from its junction with U54133 Laugherne Road to its junction with U54136 Hopton Street.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U54133 Laugherne Road, U54137 Mclntyre Road, U54136 Hopton Street and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 16 days. Commencing: 7 July 2022.

(C2068 Moseley Road, Hallow) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C2068 Moseley Road from its junction with C2069 Worlds End to its junction with U64005 Monkwood Green.
Reason: New vehicle crossing/dropped kerb by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U64005 Monkwood Green, U64005 Sinton Green, C2069 Sinton Green, C2069 Worlds End and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 11 July 2022.

(U50344 Saunders Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U50344 Saunders Street from its junction with U50319 Northwick Road to
its junction with U50319 Northwick Road.
Reason: New/replacement gas main by Sapphire Utility.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U50319 Northwick Road, U50345 Pinkett Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days. Commencing: 1 August 2022.

(A4440 Temeside Way, Powick and other adjoining roads) (Temporary 30 mph speed limit) Order 2021 (Variation) and (Temporary 50 mph Speed Limit) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to impose a temporary 50 mph speed limit on that part of A4440 Temeside Way from 220 metres East of A4440 Powick Roundabout to 35 metres West of the Ketch A38 Worcester Road Roundabout. NB. All other existing temporary speed restrictions on the Ketch and Powick roundabouts and approaches to remain 30mph with A4440 Broomhall Way 50mph speed restriction also remaining.

Reason: to facilitate major scheme to improve Worcester Southern Link Road by WCC.
Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 109 days. Commencing: 30 July 2022.

(U60012 Bestmans Lane, Kempsey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U60012 Bestmans Lane from its junction with U60002 Napleton Lane to its
junction with A38 Main Road.
Reason: New customer connection by Openreach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A38 Main Road, U60002 Napleton Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 11 July 2022.

(U62007 Orchard Way, Powick) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U62007 Orchard Way from its junction with U62007 Orchard Way (from n 9) to its junction with U62007 Orchard Way (To n18).
Reason: Replace/renew manhole cover/frame by Amey.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U62005 Lower Ferry Lane, U62010 Bow Hill, U62009 Highfield and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 13 July 2022.

(U95617 Orleton Lane, Stanford With Orleton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U95617 Orleton Lane from its junction with B4203 Stanford Bridge to its
junction with U95617 Orleton.
Reason: Drainage work/ flood alleviation by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U95617 Orleton, C2091 Eastham, C2091 Hanley William, B4204 Broadheath
(Herefordshire), B4203 Stanford Bridge and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days. Commencing: 1 August 2022.

(U53111 Angel Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U53111 Angel Street from its junction with Angel Street and The Cross to its
junction with Angel Street and Angel Place.
Reason: Replace/renewal of manhole cover/frame by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A38 Foregate Street, A449 Castle Street, A449 Croft Road, A44 Dolday, B4205 The Butts
and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 10 July 2022.

Order made: to close that part of U52318 Fort Royal Hill from its junction with U52322 Fort Royal Lane to its junction with U52321 Upper Park Street.
Reason: Lay new ducting by Open Reach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 11 July 2022.

to its junction with U52313 Green Hill London Road.
Reason: Wall repairs by Graham Facilities Management.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U52309 St Dunstans Crescent, U52131 Battlenhall Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 35 days. Commencing: 9 July 2022.
