Road Traffic Regulation Act

 1984 Church Ln. Grappenhall (Clearway & One Way) Temporary Order 2022 Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to introduce the following: Clearway: Church Ln from Broad Ln to Chester Rd; One Way: To prohibit any Motor Vehicle from proceeding on Church Ln (from Broad Ln to A56 Chester Rd), in any direction other than a northerly direction. The Order will be effective from 1st August 2022 for 4 weeks, as & when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Grappenhall
Ln, A50 Cliff Ln, A50 Knutsford Rd, A56 Chester Rd &
vice versa. The restrictions are required to allow for footway kerbing & surfacing. Ref: High/2349

Notice is hereby given that the Council made Orders under Section 14of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Cherry Ln. Lymm (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Cherry Ln from its jct. with Cherry Corner to its jct. with Booths Ln. The Order will be effective from 13th July 2022 for 9 weeks, as & when signed on site. The alternative routes will be as follows: Cherry Ln (east bound traffic)
via Booths Hill Rd, Church Rd, Higher Ln, High Legh Rd,
Cliff Ln & vice versa; Cherry Ln (west bound traffic) via
Booths Hill Rd, Camsley Ln, Stockport Rd, Knutsford Rd, Cliff Ln & vice versa. The closure is required to allow Scottish Power to install a new 33kv circuit as part of the Green Recovery Project. Ref: High/2351

Cromwell Roundabouts (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2022
The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway as follows: Cromwell Ave from its jct. with Sankey Way to the roundabout at Old Hall Rd/Twenty Acre Rd; From Cromwell Ave for 50m along the following lengths of road: Canons Rd; Waterways; Old Hall Rd (South); Cavendish Cl from Cromwell Ave for 75m. The Order will be effective from 11th July 2022 for 6 weeks, between 7pm & 1am, as & when signed on site. The works will be undertaken in phases as follows: Phase 1 the roundabout at Cromwell Ave/Waterways/Canons Rd; Phase 2 the roundabout at Cromwell Ave/Cavendish Cl/ Old Hall Rd (South). The alternative route will be via Sankey Way, Whittle Ave, Westbrook Way & vice versa. The closure is required for carriageway resurfacing. Ref: High/2331 Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.

The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 45) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given
that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows:-
1.The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:
(a) In the 3rd Schedule by the addition of: No waiting at any time: Peace Dr (Both Sides) - For its entire length.

(b) In the 71st Schedule by the addition of: No loading & unloading at any time: Peace Dr (Both Sides) - For its entire length.
