Cheshire West And Chester Borough Council (Public Footpath 1 (Part) Hartford) Temporary Prohibition Of Pedestrians Order

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council proposes to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit pedestrians on that length of Public Footpath 1 Hartford commencing on the unaffected part of the footpath at OSGR SJ 6497 7201 and running in a generally south south westerly direction to rejoin the unaffected part of the footpath at OSGR SJ 6490 7160. The closure is necessary because works associated with planning permission reference 17/01954/FUL. The Order will come into force on 18 July 2022 and will continue in force for a period of six months, or until the works are completed. There is an alternative, see plan for location. This order does not prevent any pedestrians with access to premises situated on or adjacent to the public footpaths only accessible from the path or by any emergency vehicle.

(Public Footpath 8 (Part) and 9 (Part) Crowton) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2022
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council proposes to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on that length of FP8 Crowton commencing on Creewood Common lane at OSGR SJ573 758 and running in a generally north westerly direction then generally southerly direction to the unaffected part of FP8 at OSGR SJ 568 758 and that length of FP9 Crowton commencing on the

The Order will come into operation on 6 August 2022 and will continue in force for a period of six months. There is an alternative route. This order does not prevent any pedestrians with access to premises situated on or adjacent to the footpath only accessible from the path or by any emergency vehicle.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC TRO 3543 - Beeston Drive in the Winsford Swanlow Ward

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit/restrict traffic on the following length of road in Winsford Swanlow Ward to enable Sewer repairs works to be carried out by United Utilities. Beeston Drive - ** Nothing in the Order shall prevent driving upon the said lengths of road of any vehicle which is being used for the conveyance of persons goods or merchandise to or from any premises situate on or adjacent to the lengths of road or in connection with agriculture building construction works of repair and the like or use in an emergency of vehicles for fire brigade ambulance or police purposes. A through route will not always be available and any vehicles not requiring access to properties on the length of road should use the alternative routes.
Beeston Drive
The Order will come into force on 11th July 2022 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will take approximately 2 weeks to complete. Alternative routes for through traffic - Traffic should proceed via Beeston Drive, Durham Drive, Townfields Drive, Swanlow Lane.
