London Borough of Merton Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(11 (West Barnes Lane. KT3) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) (No. 61 Order 2022
1. The London Borough of Merton Council hereby give notice that to facilitate railway signalling and telecommunications maintenance works at the northernmost level crossing on West Barnes Lane, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit pedestrian and vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person will:-
(a) cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in West Barnes Lane between the eastern kerb-line of Burlington Road and the western kerb-line of Linkway;
(b) cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purposes of loading or unloading any vehicle, in the length of West Barnes Lane specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above;
(c) enter or proceed on foot in the length of West Barnes Lane specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above.
3. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
4. Any vehicle in contravention of any waiting restrictions imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
5. The alternative routes for:-
(a) vehicles affected by the road closure will be via Claremont Avenue and Burlington Road, or vice versa;
(b) pedestrians affected by the road closure will be via the adjacent footbridge.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply: -
(a) to any person carrying out the works or any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes subject to site conditions in any emergency; or
(d) so as to prevent pedestrian or vehicular access to premises in or adjacent to the length of road specified in paragraph 2 above.
7. The Order will come into operation at 11 pm on Wednesday 20th July 2022 and remain in force until 6am the following day.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
(ALL SAINTS ROAD. SW19) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
1. The London Borough of Merton Council hereby give notice that to facilitate planned telecommunication pole replacement works in All Saints Road, SW19, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. During the works, no person will cause or permit any vehicle to:-
(a) enter or proceed in All Saints Road, from and including its junction with Tintern Close westward to the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 3 All Saints Road; or
(b) wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above.
3. Vehicular traffic affected by the road closure should proceed via Haydons Road, Deburgh Road and Norman Road or vice^versa. Access to and egress from Tintern Close will be maintained at all times.
4. The restriction and suspension will apply only during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
5. Any vehicle that is in contravention of any waiting restrictions imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
6. Nothing in this Order will apply: -
(a) to any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(b) to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions during any emergency; or
(d) so as to prevent access to premises in or adjacent to the length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
7. The Order will come into force on Monday 18th July 2022, with the works anticipated to be completed on Wednesday 20th July 2022. However, the Order will remain in operation for a maximum period of 3 months and its provisions will be re-introduced during that period should further works be required.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
(TAMWORTH LANE. CR4) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate the replacement of a decayed pole in Tamworth Lane, CR4, they intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in Tamworth Lane.
2. During the works no person would:-
(a) cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in Tamworth Lane, from its junction with Cambridge Road south-eastward for a distance of 50 metres;
(b) cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicles in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph (a) above.
3. Any designated parking place situated in the length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above would be suspended for the duration of the works.
4. The restrictions would apply only during such times and to such extent as would from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
6. Nothing in the Order would apply to: -
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or
(b) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency; or
(d) so as to prevent access to premises in or adjacent to the length of road specified in paragraph 2(a) above insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
7. Vehicular traffic affected by the road closure should proceed via Manor Road, Commonside East and Cedars Avenue or vice-versa.
8. The Order would come into operation on Monday 1 August 2022 with the works anticipated to be completed the same day. However, the Order would remain in force for 3 months should further works be required.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
(MELROSE AVENUE. SW19) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate highway improvement works in Melrose Avenue, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. During the works, no person will cause or permit any vehicle to:-
(a) enter or proceed in Melrose Avenue; from the common boundary of Nos. 25 and 27 Melrose Avenue north-westward for a distance of 15 metres;
(b) to wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in Melrose Avenue, the south-west side, from the south-eastern boundary of No. 1 Melrose Avenue north-westward to a point 2 metres northwest of the common boundary of Nos. 43 and 45 Melrose Avenue.
3. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
4. Any designated parking place situated in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(b) above will be suspended for the duration of the works.
5. During the works, the point closure outside No. 57 Ryfold Road will be suspended to facilitate a diversion route for vehicular traffic affected by the road closure.
6. Vehicular traffic affected by the road closure should proceed via Stroud Road, Durnsford Road and Ryfold Road.
7. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions during any emergency; or
(d) any person requiring vehicular access to properties adjacent to the prohibited road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference.
8. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
9. The Order will come into operation on Monday 11th July 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will take two weeks to complete. However, should further works be required, the Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
(VARIOUS ROADS) (WIMBLEDON TOWN CENTRE) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate lamp columns and lanterns replacement works to be carried out in Francis Grove, Queens Road, St Georges Road, The Broadway and Wimbledon Bridge in two phases, they intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in the said roads and in Wimbledon Hill Road, and suspend certain traffic restrictions in Merton High Street, Wimbledon Hill Road and Worple Road.
2. During Phase 1 of the works: -
(a) no person would cause or permit any vehicle to: -
(i) enter or proceed in: -
(I) Queens Road, between The Broadway and its junction with the Queens Road Car Park entrance;
(II) The Broadway(A219), between its junction with Wimbledon Bridge and its junction with Gladstone Road;
(ii) proceed eastbound in Wimbledon Bridge, between its junction with Hartfield Road and its junction with The Broadway;
(Mi) proceed right into The Broadway from Hartfield Road;
(iv) wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in the roads or lengths road specified in sub-paragraph (a)(i) and (ii) above and in Wimbledon Hill Road, between its junction with Orinoco Lane and its junction with Wimbledon Bridge;
(b) the following prescribed routes would be suspended to facilitate diversion routes: -
(i) the bus lane in Worple Road;
(ii) the bus lane in Merton High Street opposite South Wimbledon tube station;
(Hi) the no right turn prohibition from Worple Road into Wimbledon Hill Road;
(iv) the no right turn prohibition from Merton High Street into Merton Road.
3. During Phase 2 of the works: -
(a) no person would cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in:-
(i) St Georges Road;
(ii) Francis Grove, between its junction with Worple Road and its junction with St Georges Road;
(b) the following prescribed routes would be suspended to facilitate diversion routes: -
(i) the bus lane in Worple Road;
(ii) the no right turn prohibition from Worple Road into Wimbledon Hill Road;
(Hi) the no left turn prohibition from Wimbledon Hill Road into Worple Road.
4. The restrictions would only apply during such times and to such extent as would from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
5. Nothing in the Order would apply to: -
(a) to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or
(b) to any vehicle engaged in the execution of the said works; or
(c) to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency; or
(d) so as to prevent vehicular access to premises in or adjacent to the roads or lengths of road specified in sub-paragraphs 2(a)(i) to (iv) and 3(a)(i) and (ii) of this Notice.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any waiting prohibition imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
7. (A) Vehicular traffic affected by the closure of The Broadway or Wimbledon
Bridge, should proceed using Wimbledon Hill Road, St Georges Road, Francis Grove, Worple Road(B235), Wimbledon Hill Road(A219), Alexandra Road(B235), Gap Road(B235), Haydons Road(A218), Merton High Street(A238), Merton Road(A219) and The Broadway!A219).
(B) Vehicular traffic affected by the closure of Queens Road should proceed using Haydons Road(A218), Merton High Street(A238), Merton Road(A219) and The Broadway(A219).
(C) Vehicular traffic affected by the closure of St Georges Road and Francis Grove should proceed: -
(I) southbound via Alexandra Road(B235), Wimbledon Bridge(A219) eastbound, The Broadway(A219), Gladstone Road(A219), Sir Cyril Black Way(A219), Hartfield Road(A219), Wimbledon Bridge(A219) westbound, Wimbledon Hill Road(A219) and Worple Road(B235);
(II) northbound via Worple Road(B235) and Wimbledon Hill Road(A219).
8. The Order would come into operation on Monday 25th July 2022 and It is anticipated that Phase 1 of the works would be carried out from Monday 25th July 2022 until Saturday 30th July 2022 between the hours of 9pm and 5am the following day. Phase 2 of the works are anticipated to be carried out from Monday 1 st August 2022 until Saturday 6th August 2022 between the hours of 9pm and 5am the following day. However, the Order would remain in force for 12 months and its provisions would be re-introduced during that time should further works be required.

(EASBY CRESCENT AND EGLESTON ROAD. SM4) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate the replacement of lead water pipes and associated works In Easby Crescent and Egleston Road, SM4; they intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict pedestrian and vehicular traffic in the said roads.
2. During the works no person would: -
(a) cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in: -
(i) Easby Crescent, from a point 20 metres south of the southern kerb-line of Egleston Road to a point 20 metres north of the northern kerb-line of Egleston Road;
(ii) Egleston Road, from the western kerb-line of Easby Crescent westward for a distance of 15 metres;
(b) cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in the roads or lengths of road specified in sub-paragraphs (a)(i) and (ii) above; or
(c) enter or proceed in the footways adjacent to the roads or lengths of road specified in sub-paragraphs (a)(i) and (ii) above.
3. Any designated parking place situated in the roads or lengths of road specified in sub-paragraphs 2(a)(i) and (ii) above would be suspended for the duration of the works in those roads or lengths of road.
4. The restrictions would only apply during such times and to such extent as would from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
5. Nothing in the Order would apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform, a police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions in any emergency; or
(d) any person requiring vehicular access to the properties adjacent to roads or lengths of road specified in sub-paragraphs 2(a)(i) and (ii) above, insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
6. Pedestrian access to the properties adjacent to the lengths of footway specified in paragraph 2(c) above would be maintained at all times.
7. Pedestrians affected by the footway closures should proceed using the footway opposite if available or Evesham Road, Furness Road and Middleton Road.
8. Vehicular traffic affected by the road closures should proceed using Evesham Road, Furness Road and Middleton Road.
