BASILDON BOROUGH COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 PUBLIC INQUIRY Opening on 25 July 2022 at 10.00am REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Ms Bridget Mcdonagh, Mr C Mcdonagh, Ms D Stokes, Mr J Mcdonagh, Mr F Anderson, Mr P Collins, Ms L Foley, Mr B McGinley, Ms B McGinley, Mr T Cleary, Ms K Cleary. Relating to three enforcement notices served by the Council on 29th November 2020 and 4th December 2020 on Land South of Redlands, Hovefields Drive, Wickford. Enforcement Notice 1: Without planning permission, the material change in use of the land for the storage of caravans.
Enforcement Notice 2: Without planning permission, the material change in use of the land to the stationing of caravans for residential occupation. Enforcement Notice 3:
i. Without planning permission, operational development consisting of the importation of hard-core, scalpings and associated material, the levelling of imported material.
ii. Without planning permission, operational development consisting of the laying of additional area of hardstanding, creation of roadways, access routes.
iii. Without planning permission, operational development consisting of the creation of subdivided plots by way of the erection of fence posts, fence boards and fencing.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide
the appeal at The St. Georges Suite, Basildon Centre, St. Martins Square, Basildon, SS14 1DL.
