LICENSING ACT 2003 PUBLIC NOTICE FOR A APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE (under Sections 17 of the Act) We, Bradwell Community Shop Association Ltd, of High Street, Bradwell on Sea, Essex CM0 7QN, hereby give notice that we have applied to vary a Premises Licence in respect of extending our present licensing hours as follows: - This license is for the sale of alcoholic drinks that are to be consumed off of the premises. Our opening hours for licensable to include: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 18:00 Saturday 07:00 to 16:00 Sunday 09:00 to 12:00 No other changes are applied for other than those listed above. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL or by emailing licensing@Maldon.gov.uk by not later than 29th of July 2022 The full application can be arranged for viewing upon request with the licensing department. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine.
