On behalf of the Charity of Rowlands Castle Recreation Ground, Rowlands Castle Parish Council hereby gives notice of its intention to award a Design & Build contract to construct an extension to the Ground's Pavilion to include the provision of public WCs. Contractors interested in completing this two-stage restricted procedure are asked to fill out and return a short Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) by Noon on Wednesday 2 October 2013.
