APPLICATION FOR DREDGE, DISPOSAL AND
LIFTING DOCK CONSTRUCTION
Notice is hereby given that Premier Marinas (Hamble) Limited has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake maintenance dredge, disposal and the construction of a lifting dock at Swanwick Marina. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Premier Marinas, Swanwick Marina Reception, Swanwick Marina, Swanwick, Southampton, SO31 1ZL.
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register atwww.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to dee.allen@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 daysof 26th September 2013, quoting reference MLA/2013/00321.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
