Application has been made by Waitrose Limited to the Licensing Authority of Wandsworth Council to vary the Prem­ises Licence for the Waitrose, 237-239 Roehampton Lane, Roehampton, London, SW15 4LB. The application is to permit the sale of alcohol 24 hours a day allow-ing for both deliveries and also purchases from the shop. Between the hours of 2300 and 0600 no public access to the shop will be permitted and sales would be made via the "hatch".

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary con -viction is unlimited.
