Notice of Application for a Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Retailing Limited have applied to The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames on 1st July 2022 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at:The Grove, 9 Grove Road, Surbiton, KT6 4BX. To vary the lic­ensing plan to incorporate the external areas including a new external bar servery in the rear garden. For full and further details please view the licensing plan. Any part of the variation appli­cation that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
