Application has been made by Waitrose Limited to the Licensing Authority of Wandsworth Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Waitrose, 326 Queenstown Road, South Lambeth, London, SW8 4LT.The application is to permit the sale of alcohol 24 hours a day allowing for both deliveries and also purchases from the shop. Between the hours of 2300 and 0600 no public access to the shop will be permitted and sales would be made via the "hatch".

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing no later than 01 August 2022 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden SM4 5DX or by email:

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
