TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF VARIOUS ROADS (COTSWOLD DISTRICT - PARISHES OF FAIRFORD, MEYSEY HAMPTON AND KEMPSFORD) (WILTSHIRE COUNCIL - PARISH OF MARSTON MEYSEY) AND (SWINDON BOROUGH - PARISH OF HANNINGTON) NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council, Wiltshire Council and Swindon Council has made an Order under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) to temporarily close the lengths of roads ("the Roads") set out in in Schedule 1and temporarily restrict the lengths of roads ("the Roads") set out in Schedule 2.
The Roads fall within the Parishes of Fairford and Meysey Hampton in the Cotswold District of the County of Gloucestershire and within the Parish of Marston Meysey in the County of Wilshire and the Parish of Hannington in the County of Swindon.
The closures and restrictions are necessary to maintain public safety and provide a safe route for Emergency vehicles during the Royal International Air Tattoo, and to provide effective traffic management during the same. Access to frontages for pedestrians, residents and local businesses will be maintained. Emergency access will also be maintained.

NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council, Wiltshire Council and Swindon Council has made an Order to restrict the direction of traffic temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) on the lengths of roads ("the Roads") as described in the Schedules below and in further detail on the attached PDF:
Schedule 1
A one way restriction will exist on road numbers 3/172 Whelford Road, 40994 Top Road, 40995 Mount Pleasant, 3/175 High Street and 3/172 Chapel Road, commencing in a north westerly direction from a point at the junction of 3/172 Whelford Road and 40994 Top Road, continue in a north westerly direction on 40994 Top Road for approximately 325 metres and then, in a south westerly direction, on 40995 Mount Pleasant for approximately 160 metres to a point at its junction with 3/175 High Street. Then travelling in a south easterly direction for approximately 465 metres to a point at its junction with 3/172 Chapel Road for approximately 163 metres in a north westerly direction to a point at its junction with 40994 Top Road where the restriction ceases. It is anticipated that the Roads will be restricted from 06:00 on 15th July 2022 until 21:30 17th July 2022.The restrictions are necessary to maintain public safety and provide a safe route for Emergency vehicles during the Royal International Air Tattoo, and to provide effective traffic management during the same. GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION 40994 DUNFIELD LOOP (COTSWOLD DISTRICT- PARISH OF KEMPSFORD) 2022
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, to temporarily restrict the speed limit to 20MPH on part of the 40994 Dunfield Loop from its junction with Mount Pleasant to its junction with the C124 for an approximate distance of 2000 metres. The reason the restriction is required is to ensure public safety to road users and pedestrians during the Royal
International Air Tattoo 2022.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF C152 BELL LANE (POULTON PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of C152 Bell Road from its junction with London Road to its junction with Ashbrook Lane for a distance of approximately 74 metres. The reason for the closure is to clear a blockage in the carriageway.

Pedestrian access to adjacent properties will be maintained. Emergency access will not be maintained as the excavation will go across the road.
