Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under Section 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 4th July 2022 The Craft Union Pub Company Ltd applied to London Borough of Merton Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises The Horse & Groom, 131 Merton High Street, Colliers Wood, London SW19 IDE. The proposed variation is:- 1. To vary the hours for live music to 1200 -0000 Monday to Sunday. 2. To vary the hours for recorded music and anything of a similar description to 0130 on a Friday and Saturday only. 3. To vary the hours for sale of alcohol and late night refreshment on a Friday and Saturday only to 0200. 4. To vary the door staff condition within the premises licence.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Section, London Borough of Merton, Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email to licensing@

no later than 1st August 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of London Borough of Merton Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address by appointment between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 - 16:30 Friday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
