South Street EN3, Scotland Green Road En3, A1010 High Street EN3 & Queensway EN3 -Temporary Restriction Of Traffic

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate essential works on South Street EN3, Scotland Green Road EN3, A1010 High Street EN3 & Queensway EN3, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield propose to make the Enfield (South Street EN3, Scotland Green Road EN3, A1010 High Street EN3 & Queensway EN3) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2022 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order would be to temporarily restrict traffic, as and when directed by traffic signs in the streets specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Notice.

3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above would not apply to works vehicles or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services' vehicles.

4. The prohibitions would operate on a phased basis during the times and dates specified in column 2 of the Schedule in each case and would continue until the works are completed.

5. Whilst the prohibitions are in force, the alternative routes for diverted vehicles would be as stated in column 3 in each case. Access would be maintained for residents only as far as the works allow.

* between its junctions with Hobby Street and Falcon Road.

Scotland Green Road, EN3, the west side
* from its junction with Tennyson Close to a point in line opposite the common boundary of Nos. 43/45 Scotland Green Road;

* between its junctions with Keats Close and Sedcote Road;

Scotland Green Road, the east side
* from a point in line with the common boundaries of Nos. 79/81 and the northern flank wall of No. 121; and

* between its junctions with Sedcote Road and Clydesdale.
