The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.
EA - Application No. 01/2022/0523 - Graig Quarry, Graig Road, Denbigh - Consolidating application for the extension of winning and working of limestone, importation of inert waste and restoration to amenity land.
MD - Application No. 02/2022/0561 - Former Rhos Street School, Rhos Street, Ruthin -Demolition of existing buildings, structures and site clearance; erection of 20 no. dwellings and associated infrastructure works comprising access, drainage, and open space provision.
LBS73 - Application No. 02/2022/0547 - Ye Olde Cross Keys Inn, Llanfwrog, Ruthin -Details of new windows and doors, and render finish submitted in accordance with condition no's 3 and 4 of Listed Building Consent code no. 02/2019/0970.
LB - Application No. 03/2022/0559 - Store rear of 19-21 Castle Street, Llangollen - Conversion of ancillary building to form 2 no. studio apartments and associated works (Listed Building application).
