Dedicated Disabled Parking Places and Disabled Parking Place Changes, Various roads, London Borough of Haringey, The Haringey (free parking places, loading places and waiting, loading and stopping restrictions) (amendment n0.35) order 2022 the haringey (charged-for parking places) (amendment no. 32) order 2022

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 1" July 2022 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other powers.

2. The General Effects of the Orders would be:

(i) To convert existing Disabled Parking Bays to Dedicated Disabled Permit Holders Only Parking Bays, operating at any time, whilst also extending them to measure 6.6 metres in length, outside the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey;

(II) To Implement Dedicated Disabled Parking Bays, operating at any time, measuring a length of 6.6 metres, outside (unless stated otherwise) the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey;

Opposite 1 Pembury Road, N17
Opposite 55 Pages Hill, N10
48 Alexandra Park Road, N10
12 Southern Road, N2
18 Coleraine Road, N8

36 Holcombe Road, N17
44 Farrer Road, N8
52 Perth Road, N22

The Dedicated Disabled Parking Bay would specifically be for the use of the permit holder for which it would be authorised. No other permit or blue badge would be valid for use within the proposed parking place except for the permit for which it was issued.

(iii) To move the existing Dedicated Disabled Parking Bay outside 21 Lordsmead Road, N17, 2.1 metres towards no. 23 Lordsmead Road, N17 (bay to measure a total of 6.6 metres in length).
(v) To revoke the relevant underlying Controlled Parking Zone and Pay By Phone restrictions at the locations mentioned in Section 2(i) to 2(iii) of this notice.

(vi) To implement the relevant surrounding Controlled Parking Zone restrictions at the locations mentioned in Section 2(iii) of this notice.

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 28°' July 2022.

Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
