Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, heb fod ynghynt na 7 diwrnod o 6 Gorffennaf 2022, a fydd yn gwahardd cerbydau rhag defnyddio'r darn hwnnw o Victoria Road, y Rhyl yn Sir Ddinbych o'i chyffordd a Morfa Bach at ei chyffordd §'r fynedfa i'r maes parcio wrth gefn fflatiau Victoria Road.
Mae angen cau'r ffordd er mwyn caniatau cysylltiad gwasanaeth trydanol newydd gan O'Connor Utilities ar ran Scottish Power. Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Notice Of Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic Order Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14

Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 6th July 2022 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using that length of Victoria Road, Rhyl in the County of Denbigh from its junction with Morfa Bach to its junction with Access to Car Park Rear of Victoria Road Flats.

The closure is necessary to facilitate a new electrical service connection by O'Connor Utilities on behalf of Scottish power. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.
The signposted alternative route will be via Ffordd Las, Cefndy Road, Vale Road.
Bydd y llwybr amgen yn mynd ar hyd Ffordd Las, Cefndy Road a Vale Road a bydd arwyddion amo.
Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 25 Gorffennaf 2022 am ddeunaw mis, neu lai os cwblheir y gwaith yn gynt. Disgwylir i'r gwaith bara tan tua 1 Awst 2022.

The Order is effective from 25th July 2022 for an eighteen month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 1st August 2022.
