Notice is hereby given that Novellino Brighton Ltd has applied to the Brighton and Hove City Carol in the county of East Sussex on 27th June 2022 for a new premises licence for Premises to be known as Novelino Brighton located at 29A Church Road, Brighton, East Sussex BN3 4AD The proposed application is to permit: 1. the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 08.00 and 22.30 daily Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 25th July 2022 (28 days the pay after the application is received by the licensing department) to The Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton BN1 1JP  email ehl.safety @brighton-

THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER, PUBLIC SAFETY, THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, ORTHE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM.
