Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 28th |une 2022 Deliveroo Hop Ltd
applied to London Borough of Haringey Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Unit 1, Rangemoor Industrial Estate, Bernard Road, London N15 4ND. The proposed licensable activities are:- Supply of alcohol from 0700 to 0000 Monday to Sunday.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:-

no later than 26th July 2022 stating the grounds for representations. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. The register of London Borough of Haringey Council and the record of the application may be inspected by contacting Licensing Team at licensing@ haringey.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
