Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under Section 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 4th July 2022 The Craft Union Pub Company Ltd applied to London Borough of Lewisham Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Five Bells, 155 New Cross Road, London SE14 5DJ. The proposed variation is:- To add regulated entertainment (recorded music, live music, dance and anything of a similar description) to the premises licence Monday to Wednesday 1000 to 2300, Thursday 1000 to 0030, Friday and Saturday 1000 to 0130 and Sunday 1200 to 2230.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, London Borough of Lewisham, Holbeach Office, 9 Holbeach Road, London SE6 4TW or Email

no later than 1st August 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of London Borough of Lewisham Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address during normal office hours by appointment. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
