Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The Brighton & Hove (Hove Cricket Ground - Michael Buble & Tears For Fears Concerts) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2022

On Thursday, 21st July 2022 and Friday, 22nd July 2022 Michael Buble & Tears for Fears will be performing. To facilitate safe passage for pedestrians, part of Eaton Road will need to be closed to traffic and therefore Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle that is not participating in, or connected with the Michael Buble and Tears for Fears Concerts to proceed in, exit from, or turn into any of the lengths of road specified below, except upon the direction or with the permission of a Police Constable in uniform or that of a uniformed marshal:

1. Temporary Road Closures - Thursday 21 July 2022 and Friday 22 July 2022 - 14:30 to 22:30 hours Eaton Road from junction of Wilbury Road to junction of Palmeira Avenue.

2. The Order is necessary to allow access for the two concerts

3. This Order comes into force on Thursday, 21st July 2022 and Friday, 22nd July 2022.
