Notice of Direction Made Under Article 4(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 as Amended.

The London Borough of Bromley has made a direction that will apply to the Land at Petts Wood Area of Special Residential Character and proposes that It will come Into effect on 12 August 2022. The effect will be to cancel the direction confirmed on 16 January 2018 which removed the permitted development right to alterations and additions to front roofslopes (that face the public highway) under part 1 of class B and C In the Petts Wood Area of Special Residential Character. This Is In order to remove duplication with direction reference 7/1/2021, which has the same effect and will come into effect on 19 July 2022.
