Notice of Confirmation of Directions Made Under Article 4(1) Of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 as Amended.

The London Borough of Bromley has confirmed the following directions:

Land at Petts Wood Area of Special Residential Character
(ref 7/1/2021), which comes Into effect on 19 July 2022 when the following development will cease to be permitted development and WILL REQUIRE PLANNING PERMISSION:
Part 1, Class B - The enlargement of a dwelllnghouse consisting of an addition or alteration to Its roof
Part 1, Class C - Any other alteration to the roof of a dwelllnghouse.

Land at Chislehurst Road Conservation Area
(ref 7/2/2021), which comes into effect on 19 July 2022 when the following development will cease to be permitted development and WILL REQUIRE PLANNING PERMISSION:
Part 1, Class C - Any other alteration to the roof of a dwellinghouse.
London Road Business Improvement Area (ref 7/3/2021)
Masons Hill Office Cluster (ref 7/4/2021)
Bromley South Business Improvement Area (ref 7/5/2021)
Bromley North Business Improvement Area (ref 7/6/2021)
Crayfield Business / Industrial Park Strategic Industrial Location
and Office Cluster (ref 7/7/2021)

Knoll Rise Office Cluster
(ref 7/8/2021)
The above all come into effect on 27 July 2022 when the following development will cease to be permitted development and WILL REQUIRE PLANNING PERMISSION:
Part 3, Class MA - Development consisting of a change of use of a building and any land within its curtilage from a use falling within Class E (commercial, business and service) of Schedule 2 to the Use Classes Order to a use falling within class C3 (Dwellinghouses) of Schedule 1 to that Order.
