Licensing authority: Basildon Council,The Licensing Authority, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square. Basildon SS14 1DL. where a record of the application maybe inspected during normal office hours 10am to 5pm. Licensing Authority website: www.basildon.gov.uk. The following licensable activities are proposed during the following times: Supply of Alcohol off the premises from 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday 10am to 6pm.

Any person or responsible authority may make representations to the licensing authority no later than 03/08/22. Any representations must be in writing. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement concerning this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
