Application To Vary A Club Premises Certificate - Licensing Act 2003

Dalton United Football Club has applied to Barrow Borough Council to vary the Club Premises Certificate for Dalton United Football Club, Railway Meadow, Beckside Road, Dalton in Furness, Cumbria, LA15 8DP to update the existing plans to include the outside area of the club.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing by no later than 31st July 2022 to the Licensing Manager, Public Protection Services, Barrow Borough Council, Town Hall, Duke Street, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria LA14 2LD. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
