Variation of a Premises Licence Under S34 Of The Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application for the variation of a premises licence has been made to BCP Council in order to change the layout of the premises and new layout plans have been submitted for approval and to vary condition 3.1 of the Premises Licence to extend the hours when off sales will be available to a terminal hour of 21.30.All other aspects of the Premises Licence remain the same. Any person wishing to make representations must submit them in writing to the Local Authority clearly stating the grounds for the representation no later than 26th July 2022.
