Section 14 - The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Notice Of Temporary Public Right Of Way

This Order is being introduced to allow construction of the Third Phase at Badbury Park and will prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along footpaths 1, 2 and 6 Central Swindon south of Day House Lane, north of M4 and west of the A419 between M4 Junction 15 and Commonhead Roundabout. Due to health and safety reasons no suitable alternative route can be provided.
The Order came into force on the 5 July 2021 for 6 months but to allow for completed of works the Secretary of State for Transport approved an application for the Order to be
extended until the 5 July 2025.
