Notice is hereby given that a petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathclyde at Glasgow by Jones Whyte LLP, 59 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 2DH for and on behalf of Thomas Buchanan, for restoration of the Company formerly known as BMK LIMITED

Ernst & Young LLP, George House, 50 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1RR to the Registrar of Companies and which petition for restoration, by Interlocutor dated 21 June 2022, appoints any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
