Notice is hereby given that the Southend-on-Sea City Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The Council will be carrying out various footway resurfacing works within the City

designed to minimise disruption whilst enabling the schemes to be completed.
3. Further details regarding the impact of the scheme and the actual traffic management controls
being applied will be included in notifications in advance of each phase, to residents and businesses
as required, not forming part of this Order.
4.The effect of the order will be to prohibit any vehicle from waiting or stopping on both sides

5. The Order will come into effect on 1 July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until completed.
