London Borough of Harrow the Harrow (Parking Places) (Amendment No. 15) Traffic Order 2022

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Harrow on 27 June 2022 made the above mentioned Order under Sections 45, 46, 49, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the

Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to revoke resident permit parking places and to impose waiting restrictions in certain lengths of the streets specified in the Schedule to this notice.

3. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 11 July 2022 and maps of the relevant areas can be inspected until the end

of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made at Greenhill Library, Perceval Square, College Road, Harrow, HA1 1GX between the hours of 10am and 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am 3pm Sunday or online at

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
