Regulation 25 Notice

We JOE'S BURGER HOUSE LTD do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant / "provisional statement / variation of a premises licence or club premises certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as Joe's Burger House LTD, 20A Church Road, Hove, BN3 2FN for the following licensable activities/ proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: Supply of alcohol for consumption on and off premises 12:00 to 23:00
*ln the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, provisional statement, variation, should send to EHL.safety@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 UP no later that 19/July/2022 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours: summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.go.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
