The County of Cumbria (Footpath No.128001 in the parish of Rockcliffe and Footpaths Nos. 120023 and 120026 in the Parish of Kingmoor) (Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable Cumbria County Council to carry out works to replace/widen bridges along the River Eden, between Rockcliffe and Cargo ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians, from proceeding along the following sections of public footpath:
1. Public Footpath No. 128001 in the Parish of Rockcliffe, from Grid Reference 335735 561599 at its junction with Footpath No. 128010, extending for a distance of approx. 890m to Grid Reference 336002 560798 at the parish boundary; and
2. Public Footpath No. 120023 in the Parish of Kingmoor, from
Grid Reference 336002 560798 at the parish boundary,
extending for a distance of approx. 2400m to Grid Reference 335291 558998 at its junction with Footpath No. 120024; and
3. Public Footpath No. 120026 in the Parish of Kingmoor, from Grid Reference 336484 558884 at its junction with Footpath No. 120025, extending for a distance of approx. 1250m to Grid Reference 337601 558380 at its junction with Footpath No.120021.

The Order will come into operation on 4 July 2022 and may continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, although it is anticipated that it will only be required for 4 weeks in total.
