Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County Of Wiltshire (Western Wiltshire) (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2018 (Amendment No.1) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that on 22 June 2022 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend The County of Wiltshire (Western Wiltshire) (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2018 by introducing Melksham Community Campus Car Park to the Order, operating Monday to Saturday (including Bank Holidays) between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00 with the following tariff up to: 1hr - £0.40, 2hrs
- £1.30, 3hrs - £2.30, 4hrs - £3.10, 5hrs - £4.10 and Sunday between the hours of 10:00 and 16:00 with the tariff of £0.80 per visit. A copy of the Order can be obtained via email request to

. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 4 July 2022.

Notice is hereby given that on 22 June 2022 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to revoke The County of Wiltshire (B3108, Winsley and Bradford on Avon) (50mph Speed Limit) Order 2001 and re-introduce it, in part, in the above Order 2 and to introduce a 40mph speed limit on B3108 - from a point 120 metres west of its junction with Downs View, Bradford on Avon to a point 250 metres south east of its junction with C238 Great Ashley Lane, Winsley. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Park Road (Part), Trowbridge; from its junction with Silver Street for a distance of approximately 40m in a southerly direction to enable LTS Traffic Management to carry out building maintenance and associated works. No alternative route. This Order will come into operation on 30 July 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 for 1 day. B) Norrington Lane (Part), Melksham Without and Broughton Gifford; from its junction with A365, Melksham without for a distance of approximately 440m in a southerly direction to enable Energy Assets Networks Ltd to carry out excavation of carriageway to install 33kv cables and other associated works. Alternative route via A365 - Bradford Road - C212 - Norrington Gate - Norrington Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. Order will come into operation on 28 July 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:30 and 17:30 until 26 August 2022. C) C155 (Part), Lacock; from its junction with Rosemary Lane for a distance of approximately 190 in a westerly direction to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to carry out bridge and associated works. Alternative route via C155 (unaffected length) - C163 - C150 - A350 - C155 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 25 July 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 for 5 days. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: D) C82 (Part), Seagry; from its junction with C66 Seagry Road to its junction with Henn Lane to enable Gigaclear Limited to carry out location and clearage of a blockage for a fibre installation. Alternative route via C66 Seagry Road - C166 Five Thorn Lane

F) B3018 Winsley Road, Winsley and Bradford on Avon; from its roundabout junction with C391, Winsley to its junction with Downs View, Bradford on Avon to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out shared use path scheme and associated works. Alternative route E) via B3108 - Dane Rise - C391 (unaffected length) and vice versa. Alternative route F) via B3108 (unaffected length) - A363 - B3109 - B3105 - B3016 - Elizabeth Way - A361

- A36 - B3018 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation for E) on 04 July 2022 and the closure will be required until 24 July 2022. F) will come into operation on 25 July 2022 at 08:00 and will be required until 02 September 2022. For further information please contact Kirsty Rose (Integrated Transport) at Wiltshire Council on 0300 456 1000. Orders A) to F) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
