NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Upper Floors of the Royal Arcade, Boscombe, Bournemouth, BH1 4BT.
Take notice that an application is being made by Mr G. Warren for planning permission and Listed Building Consent for alterations and refurbishment of existing upper floors, the erection of external metal staircases providing access to first floor level and the replacement of existing windows and installation of new doors where necessary.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Council (Planning and Transport, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA) within 21 days of the date of this notice"
