Take notice that on 17/06/22 I/we JWTC Ltd Of Middlefield House, Westow, North Yorkshire, YO60 7LW made application to the City of York Council for the variation of a Premises Licence at the following premises York Designer outlet, St Nicholas Avenue, York, YO19 4TA. The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Team (Tel: 01904 552422) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Team, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS, or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk Representations must be received by no later than 15th July 2022 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. Proposed variation: -To include plays and performance of dance. -To increase hours for live music, and recorded music and the sale of alcohol. -To remove the restriction limiting licensable activities to Christmas. -

The addition of a new operating schedule and the removal of any conditions relating to the dates the licence can be used. -To include a new licensable area on the plan. The above timings are all 09:00-22:00. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
