The County Council of Durham (Braemer Court, Blackhill, Consett) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 24/6/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 15 metres of Braemer Court, Blackhill, Consett, outside of property number 32 to enable sewer repair works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure, a diversion will be available to vehicular traffic access will be maintained for emergency services. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 4/7/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 1 day. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
