NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Mr Daniel Mihai Stegariu has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Haringey to a new Premises Licence to permit: Providing Live Music Provision of Recorded Music Provision of Performances of Dance Late Night Refreshment Supply of Alcohol consumption ON the premises And Opening Hours Monday to Sunday from 11:00 to 03:00 on the following day for the premises Princess Banqueting Hall, 502-508 High Rd London N17 9JF.

Any person wishing to submit relevant representatlcns concerting this application must gjve notice in writing to licensing@haringey.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 18th JULY 2022. Copies of all valid representations must include your name and address and will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee, these will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 under section 158 of the licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
