We, UC Franchising Ltd, hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Haringey for the grant of a Premises Licence at Urban Chocolatier, 45-47 High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 6BH to:
1. Allow the sale and supply of late-night refreshment from 23:00 until 01:30 Monday to Sunday
A copy of the application can be viewed online by visiting licensing@haringeygov.uk. Any person wishing to submit repres -entations to this application must give notice in writing to Licensing Team, Level 1 River Park House, 225 High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 8HQ. Copies of all valid representations must include your name and address and will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Comm -ittee; these will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address not later than 19th July 2022. Representations received after this date will not be considered.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the Standard Scale (unlimited), under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
