Herefordshire Council Notice of Continuation

Notice is hereby given that Herefordshire Council made the Public Footpath Wa50, Walford (Temporary Closure) Order 2011temporarily closing the said footpath from OS Grid Reference SO 6031 2103 to SO 5980 2078. The closure is required due to an unsafe retaining wall. The alternative route is via public rights of way WA55A, WA51 and WA53. Queries on this proposal may be directed to

The Order continues in force from 30 June 2022 for a period not exceeding 12 months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
