I give notice of the receipt of the following applications:-

Proposal: Demolition of parts of existing buildings Including: BMW building entrance, steps and tower feature. Erection of extensions to BMW and MINI buildings Including: BMW building corner extension, entrance ramp and steps, replacement roof over service workshop and parts building, MINI building corner extension, fenestration alterations.

The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan In force In the areas In which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
