Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as the highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: B4349, From Arkstone Court Road to A465, Clehonger, Herefordshire, Temporary Speed Restriction Order, to temporarily restrict the speed of vehicles to 30mph on the following road, B4349, From Arkstone Court Road to A465, Clehonger. Grid Ref: 345552/237821 to 345371/237780.

The said restriction is required due to drainage works on or near said road and the likelihood of danger to the public while 3 weeks and will come into force on 29th July 2022. However, the restriction may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State).
