LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We, MT Foods Limited, have made an application for a premises licence at KFC - 122-124 High Street Penge SE20 7EZ on the 24th of June 2022.
Details ol Licensable activities - Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 00:30hrs daily.
A copy of the application can be viewed al Public Protection - Licensing, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, line 4, BR13UH. Details also available at: www.bromley.gov.uk. The application can be viewed during office hours at the above address. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to Licensing Team at the above address (or email licensing@bromley.gov.uk) No later than the 22nd of July 2022.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on me standard scale (Unlimited).
