Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For Variation Of A Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that UHC Leisure Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as The Red Lion Hotel, Plawsworth, Chester-Le-Street, DH2 3NL. The variation proposed is as follows:-
1. Amend the licensing plan in accordance with the drawing which accompanies the application and to permit the sale of alcohol from a bar servery in the beer garden.

2. Extend the opening hours to allow the premises to open from 08:00 daily for breakfast/coffee and tea etc, and to extend the closing time to permit the premises to close daily at 23:30. 3. Extend the start time for the sale of alcohol on Sunday to 11:00 and the terminal time to 23:00. 4. Permit late night refreshment on Sunday from 23:00 to 23:30. 5. Remove the non-standard/seasonal timings for Good Friday and Christmas Day as detailed within the application.
