Rainscombe Road - One Way Order

Notice is hereby given under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Council made the above Order which will restrict vehicles to proceeding in a one way direction only on Rainscombe Road from its junction with Salthrop Rise to the junction with Homington Avenue andprohibit entry into Rainscombe Road from its northern most junction with Homington Avenue. The Order will be operative as of 4 July 2022. A copy of the documents for the Order may be inspected online at

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 29 June 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
