Porlock Weir, Premises Licensing

TII Aquaculture Limited is applying for the grant of a premises licence for Ship Stables, Porlock Weir, Minehead, Somerset TA24 8PD.

The licensable activities it is proposed will be carried on are:
Supply of alcohol everyday between the hours of 11:00 and 23:00

Or you can be make an appointment with a member of the Licensing Team to view the application in person, at the council offices at Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton, TA1 1HE, by phoning 0300 304 8000. Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority, giving in detail the grounds of objection by Wednesday 20th July 2022. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 on the standard scale.
